Responsibilities

  • Technical and navigational support to all business stakeholders
  • Provide coaching to the relevant stakeholders on changes relating to the system supporting of stakeholders with change management
  • Strong customer focus
  • Meeting customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Well organised (Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work). The ability to impart written and verbal knowledge and remain client focus
  • Check usability of the systems
  • Report and log all issues
  • Awareness around the implementation of technology with the business

Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Proficient with MS Office (advanced)
  • Short – term insurance industry experience ( 2 Years)
  • Knowledge & understanding of Santam systems (Policy Center, Avaya, CRM etc,)
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre and/or Service Desk environment
